This development of 16 houses on the edge of a Cotswolds village includes a communal green, nature play areas, a wildlife pond, and carefully designed drainage systems to reduce the burden on local sewage networks.  Due to the landscape-led approach of the design team and the extensive biodiversity enhancements we are able to propose, this scheme exceeds the BNG requirement of 10% by a healthy margin.
